With roots in Texas and California, and top-notch standards for fresh-Mexican cuisine, Alison Kunkel has been with Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® since its inception, and couldn’t resist the opportunity to help the Lime brand grow through her marketing and public relations efforts.
With a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and more than 13 years in public relations and marketing, Alison knows how to keep Lime Fresh Mexican Grill’s® brand spicier than any hot sauce and consistently “fresh” in the eyes of its guests and media.
Alison’s past experience includes marketing and public relations positions at the American Heart Association, Westside Regional Medical Center and Mount Sinai Medical Center, which might be the reason why Lime has maintained constant credibility for its health-conscious menu.
But Alison’s experience doesn’t just stop there. As a licensed Realtor, Alison has a keen eye for effectively targeting every new market Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® enters. No wonder Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® is always in the “Lime-light.”
